Bio

I spent twenty years in City planning, doing land use planning and zoning administration at the local government level. I then earned a Master's in Education specializing in Instructional technology. Most of my work was posting course work online and making training videos. I worked at the University of South Florida in Tampa, Fl.

Military Experiences

Apr 1969 - Apr 1972
Commander Bridge Company
I commanded the bridge company for six months as a 2lt. We had 23 Amphibious River Crossing units, Light Tactical Raft (LTR), and an Infantry Assault bridge. In support of our bridging, we maintained thirty six wheeled vehicles, a crane, bull dozer, and five ton lowboy. We trained on the Danube for fast water, and the RMD Canal for slow. We also maintained the Bn Combat Engineer Vehicles (CEV) and two Armored Vehicle Launched Bridges (AVLBs). The remainder of my tour, of 2 1/2 years I served as the S-2. My office provided personnel security, document security, nuclear release authentication, post security, and military intelligence.
