Entered the service in September, 1976. Spent 3-years in Germany, and my final year at Ft. Hood. Used my GI benefits to go to college where I graduated on the Dean's List earning a BA in Business. Spent 23-years working in Wine Country publishing. In 2015, I went to culinary school where I learned to make chocolate. I now own BACI Chocolatier. Since 2016, I have won 3-national competitions.
