To improve myself, I have gone to school off and on for 30 years. Former Industrial credit analys, Financial statements. 40 years in real estate, sales, brokerage, 35 years as a Certified Residential Appraiser. Cook County (Chicago) residential assessor 20 years. Later, residential tax appeal service for home owners. Was temp. appointed to assist the FEMA panel in the great floods of Illinois 1987. Reduced assessments with my signature, fast tracked.
