Specializing in signal intelligence and analysis, photographic intelligence, Information Technology specialist, and Quality Assurance. Qualified in Submarines 637 and 688 classes of submarines. Certified and cleared member of the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) Submarines. TS/SCI Highest security level held.

Served as a Fleet Support Technician. Worked on Dual Mini Ships Inertial Navigation System (DMINS), AN/BPS-15 RADAR, WRN-5 SATNAV, WRN-6 GPS, AN/UYK-44, AN/SPA-25, AN/WLR-8, AN/BLD-1 Systems. Developed an AN/BPS-15 alignment procedure that was widely used by San Diego Based Submarines. After repeated failures of the AN/BPS-15 Transmit/Receive (TR) Tubes that were just pulled from ready service spares on submarines and from the supply system I was instrumental in identifying the underlying reason for the faults.
