Bio 

I joined e Missouri Army National Guard in 2002 prior to my high school graduation, and deployed in Support of OIF as a combat engineer with the 35 Engineer Battalion in 2003-04 . Upon my return I sought Route clearance training at Ft Leonard Wood, and redeployed to Iraq as the leader of a Route Clearance team based out of Camp Liberty in 2007 until my career ending Traumatic Brain Injury.

Team Leader
As a truck commander in the front RG31, I routinely led our route clearance Team on missions in and around Baghdad. Unfortunately, my tour of duty and my career were both cut short as the result of my sustaining a severe TBI from a penetrating head would when an EFP detonated on my vehicle and I was critically combat wounded.

Provided essential rescue, and emergency response services in and around New Orleans and Lake Charles LA in the hurricanes and Rita.
