Mr. Fogle has over 33 years of experience in international project/program management, strategic planning, project engineering, human resource management, risk management, safety training, and quality assurance/quality control. A retired Lieutenant Colonel from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Mr. Fogle is currently serving as program manager/project engineering lead for the DOE, Strategic Petroleum Reserve providing A/E services for the reserves 4 storage sites. Mr. Fogle previously served as a consultant deputy program manager for the $7.8 billion Comprehensive Everglades Restoration Plan in South Florida, the largest ecosystem restoration program management contract in the world. Before joining the consultant industry, he worked for USACE’s Jacksonville District as a project engineer and executive officer to the director of civil works at headquarters. At USACE’s headquarters, Mr. Fogle worked very closely with the office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civil Works, along with congressional staffers and the Office of Management and Budget. In addition, he served tours with USACE throughout the world, including Iraq, Kosovo, Europe and the U.S.
