I received a BARCH Degree from the University of Arkansas and a master of Architecture in Urban Design from UCLA and founded an AE Firm, Interactive Resources, in Richmond CA in 1973, in which I am still working. I served 20 years on the Richmond CA City Council before being elected mayor in 2014. I am serving my second and last term.

Liaison Officer/Assistant S-3
I was responsible for tracking every project in the 159th AOR on a weekly basis as briefing the 20th Brigade commander. In addition, I performed inspections, did trouble shooting, served as the S-3 when the S-3 officer was not present, and took special assignmnets such a serving on a Special Court Martial.
