Bio

I've been in the security industry since 2007. I've been the "new guy" on post to shift supervisor in charge of my own crew, and everything in between. I'm a fast, "hands on" learner. I also enjoy learning new things in general.

Military Experiences

Jun 2000 - Jun 2002
I started out working the decks opening and securing gates. Then moved up to squad bay supervisor and was in charge of anywhere from 15-50 prisoners/detainees at a time. Then moved up to "Escort One" which included responsibilities such as coming up with a schedule and making sure the other guards were relieved for meals and down times/breaks. Then I went on to work in Special Quarters (segregation), a small 4 man team almost completely independent from the rest of the brig. I was then transferred to Okinawa, Japan where I became the receiving and release Officer. The R&R Officer confines new prisoners in the brig, ensuring the confinement paperwork is correct and in order. As R&R Officer I would also release prisoners when they have completed their sentences.
