Recruited highly qualified and motivated healthcare professionals while providing the US Army with highly qualified professionals from within the state of Virginia. Built relationships with 79 hospitals, 5 professional schools, 36 Colleges & Universities, 2 military treatment facilities, 1 Military Entrance Processing Station, and 1 Navy Hospital.
Managed a budget of 2 million dollars, achieved 162% increase in the number of contracted professionals in under 12 months. Transformed a recruiting center from 19th to 2nd out of 21 centers in the northeast region of the U.S.

Coordinated 7 embed reporter visits, to include HBO, Oprah Winfrey Show, Army Times, Stars and Stripes & BBC news.
Two man team covered 100 events, 25,000 photos, 45 Videos, 145 articles; 40 published nationwide through local and national news agencies.

Commanded a 164 Bed Medical Company within a 248 bed Combat Support Hospital. Managed and maintained accountability of 56 assigned and 150 PROFIS Soldiers. Responsible for the Soldiers health and welfare, safety, combat readiness, along with maintaining tactical and technical training requirements. Managed a budget of over 3 million dollars.
Identified and turned in over $530,000 dollars of excess equipment during Operation Clean Sweep. Evaluated a company commander from the 10th Combat Support Hospital at Ft. Carson deploying to Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF).
