I am a Retired, 31 year Army Veteran, having served 4 years in the WV Army National Guard and 27 Years Active Army. I retired 31 Aug, 2013 and was the Army Instructor for the Southern Garrett High School JROTC program in Oakland, MD. from 1 September 2013 through 30 June 2019. Now I am just retired and happy!
