Leadership of four Product Management Offices. Responsible for planning, solicitation, cost, schedule, performance, and supportability of two ACAT I, two ACAT II, and five ACAT III and other programs, including CPOF, Command Web, GCCS-A, AFATDS, and BCS3. Execute an annual budget exceeding $350 million dollars and lead a workforce of 600 core, matrix, and contractor personnel.
