I loved being in the military. My enlistment didn't last as long as I would have wanted it to due to injuries. I went from being an MP to MPI to CID. I'd always been interested in investigations. I loved the combat side of operations as well. I met a lot of cool people, went to different countries and had experiences I'd never have had if I had stayed in my little town.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
3rd MP Company, 3rd MP Battalion, 1st Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division. Attached to 54E for breach, then C Troop, 3/7 Calvary for scouting mission, up to BIAP, worked a pension bank in Baghdad, then finished the tour in Fallujah.
