Bio 

Born 1946 to a Marine family at Quantico, College at UNC Chapel Hill, graduated 1967, one tour in Vietnam as a Marine rifle platoon commander, wounded twice, Law School at University of Florida, graduated 1973, practiced law in Pensacola until appointed to the federal bench in 1996. Currently retired, on recall, working part time, soon to publish a memoir of my time in Vietnam.
