Got out of the Army and started running heavy equipment building highways and interstates around my town until the jobs played out. Then started long haul trucking for 8or9 years then came back local to construction again. Heavy equipment, low boys, dump trucks and asphalt equipment untill I retired.

AIRBORNE Equipment Operator
2years at Ft McClellan then went AIRBORNE and moved to Ft Bragg! Left there to Darmstadt Germany for 3years! Coming home (if you could call it home) to Ft Devens in Ma. What a snowstorm of a duty station! Never seen so much snow in my life! Came back home to Al. Home Sweet Home! Wished I had stayed in.....
