Program Manager
As Program Manager of three distinct programs, authored over ten Wing-level policies, concepts of operations, and white papers. Participated in national, regional, and local working groups, conferences, and planning meetings. Briefed leadership on status, recommendations, and plans. Assisted in stand-up of network defense unit, and transition of organization unit from an intelligence mission to network warfare unit. Also performed as Equipment Account Manager, Telecommunications Manager, and Cryptologic Account Manager.

Developed and maintained training plans. Made training budget recommendations to management. Wrote and updated plans, continuity books, and operating procedures as necessary. Performed research & analysis on intelligence technical data, managed 12-person section, led five-person team, directly supervised three people, trained three analysts, and managed escort program for 120 person organization. The only manager to maintain high priority target, manage a section, and supervise personnel.
