Bio

I have been in the Army almost 21 years now...my how the time flies! I have been in a myriade of both combat arms, support and Aviation units and am pretty well rounded on how military has, is and will function in the future. Personally I believe that the only job of an NCO is to train those that are trainable and get rid of the ones that you cant.
