Joint Fires Observer Instructor
Serves as a Joint Fires Observer (JFO) Instructor and subject matter expert on the procedures to utilize indirect assets from all military services. Responsible for the design, quality control, and implementation of all training products and courseware. Assists in planning and controlling projected training programs designed to train and evaluate multi-service personnel on Joint Fires and their effects. Provides high quality instruction and evaluates students on JFO Doctrine under actual, simulated, and classroom conditions.

Fire Support NCO
Trained, supervised and mentored up to 25 personnel on all aspects of Fire Support, with three direct report personnel. Held a key position in a multi-national military operations center, utilizing skills acquired through schools attended and experience to communicate effectively with personnel. Managed the maintenance of five vehicles, working directly with the maintenance personnel to limit vehicle down time. Maintained and accounted for up to $5 million worth of equipment.

Served as the logistics coordinator for a 150-person combat outpost making on the spot decisions affecting the security, supply, infrastructure, living conditions and operations in an austere environment. In charge of a civil-military operations center, providing a secure facility for meetings between local leaders and senior military staff. Served as the unit movement officer, responsible for the movement of $10 worth of equipment to and from several military contingency operations.

Excelled in a position of greater responsibility during hazardous conditions, keeping senior executive personnel informed utilizing Microsoft Office products.
