Over 25 years, I served across the spectrum of units from operating to generating forces and at all echelons through Division level. A Military Policeman since I enlisted, I also served in several positions outside of my CMF. Multiple deployments took me around the world numerous times and afforded me the chance to learn from many cultures.

Command Management Branch Sergeant Major
Responsible for the daily operations of the Enlisted Command Management Branch; conducts extensive analysis as part of the Centralized Selection List process along with Personnel Management Policies, to include the screening of administrative and medical eligibility of over 3,000 Sergeants Major across the Army; responsible for processing all requests for activation, deferment, and removal of all Regular Army Command Sergeants Major; mentors, trains and supervises four Soldiers and DA Civilians; prepares and provides detailed responses to information requests for the Sergeant Major of the Army, Department of the Army G-1, as well as ACOM, ASCC, and DRU Command Teams.

Responsible for the management and daily operations of the Military Police Branch; conducts extensive analysis of personnel management issues, to include operations, readiness, professional development, personnel actions, promotions, and accessions affecting the worldwide distribution of over 16,000 Active Military Police (CMF31) Soldiers; mentors, trains and supervises nine Professional Development NCOs and DA Civilians; prepares and provides detailed responses to information requests from Congress, Department of the Army outside agencies, Proponent, and Command Teams.

Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Afghanistan
Served as the Division G-3 / Force Protection Operations NCO for the forward deployed Combined Joint Task Force (CJTF)-101 and Regional Command (RC) - East. Managed all force protection equipment issued, maintained, and recovered throughout the CJTF-101 area of responsibility. Conducted force protection assessments of all FOB/COPs in RC-East.

Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF)
Performed as a Platoon Sergeant of a Combat Support Military Police Platoon providing Police Transition Teams and Battlefield Law and Order in Baghdad, Iraq. Responsible for five Iraqi Police Stations across the Hurriyah, Kadamiyah, and Shulla Districts of Baghdad.

Operation Joint Endeavor
Performed as a Team Leader in a combat support Military Police Company in support of Task Force Eagle. Conducted Battlefield Law Enforcement, Police Training, and Route Security in the northern regions of Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Operation Uphold Democracy (Haiti)
Performed as a Driver/Gunner in support of policing operations across the city of Port-au-Prince. Provided security in support of the presidential elections and visiting dignitaries. Assisted in security the Haitian National Prison during riots, provided QRF support for President Clinton's visit, and provided security for the seaport.
