I served in the Gulf War 1990-1991, deployed to the Neutral Zone with the 1st Infantry, 2nd ACR, and 3rd British Armored Division, got out after a 3 month extension looking at re-enlistment options, and colleges to finish my original degree before my military career. College won since the Army would not grant my re-enlistments choices, were I eventually ended up as a nurse.

I assumed crew duties as the Flight Engineer aboard a UH-1V "Huey," aircraft, maintaining operational status of the aircraft, and assisted the Flight Medic during all Medivac missions during peace time and war.
