Bio
Stephen H. Tupper BS 1977 from the U S Military Academy at West Point and MS electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in 1986. He served as associate professor of electrical engineering at West Point and professor and head of military science at Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI). Steve is a Fellow of the Society of American Military Engineers.
