As a 42A, Human Resources Specialist I have served as the Awards clerk/NCO, Finance clerk/NCO, and also the Leave Clerk. I spent the last 2 1/2 years as the BDE Strength Manager both while deployed and in Garrison. Due to the absence of a Strength Officer I served as both the Enlisted and Officer Strength Manager.
