An Assistant Property Shift Manager at Four Winds Casino on the civilian side working to receive my Associates in Casino Management and Business Administration as I juggle a family, Fire Department as well as that of my military career as a Section Leader in the MI ARNG. Section leader of a mechanized infantry section in USAREUR; prepares section to deploy to tactical environments; responsible for the individuals of his section and their collective training; responsible for the accountability and maintenance of all assigned equipment; ensures the combat readiness of the section to accomplish the platoon mission; responsible for the health and welfare of 13 section members and their families; responsible for equipment in excess of 2.4 million dollars.

Squad Designated Rifleman
The DM's role is to supply rapid accurate fire on enemy targets at ranges up to 500 meters (550 yd) with a semi-automatic rifle equipped with a telescopic sight. Like snipers, DMs are trained in quick and precise shooting, but unlike the more specialized "true" sniper, they are also attached to an infantry fireteam and intended to lay down accurate rapid fire at valuable targets as needed, thus extending the reach of the Fireteam.
