Represented Strategic Air Command (SAC) during MX development in preparation for Follow-on Operational Test and Evaluation (FOT&E) launches from Vandenberg AFB. Directed missile launch analysis for all Minuteman II, III, and Titan II, FOT&E launches. Served as President of Accident Investigation Boards for test failures and anomalies.
