I am a life member of VFW, DAV, and American Legion. I am Commander and Service Officer at VFW Post 4200 in Tire Hill, PA. I am Judge Advocate and Service Officer at American Legion Post 849 in Johnstown PA.

Convalescent. Recovering from injuries sustained in an accident (of all things) in Vietnam. Once ambulatory, I worked in Central Supply, with Med Techs and other patients. Had a lot of Convalescent Leave. Ended up married.

Hid out in holes and bunkers from time to time. Dreamed of home. Got my leg all screwed up when a ladder collapsed and I fell off a C-141. On Med-Evac everyone asks "How'd you get hit?" I say "Didn't".
