I got started early with electronics (1968) in fourth grade. Learned vacuum tubes, transistors, and then finally integrated circuits. I got my Amateur Radio license in 1976 (WB6QBQ) during my senior year of high school. Interested in all things mechanical, electronic. Four years in the U.S. Navy as a CTT, built guidance sections at General Dynamics Pomona, CA.
