Evaluated individual competency and executed development programs focused on maximizing the operational potential of the unit. Deployed a team to Colorado and was responsible for managing the collection, storage, shipment, and tracking of 3,300+ units, setting a new DoD record.

Served as a member of a medical task force that deployed a comprehensive medical support capability to Afghanistan in support of US and Coalition operations. This effort required the implementation of new procedures that continue to support deployed forces today. Tested and developed the Army’s first microbiological augmentation set for field use.
