Battalion Medical Readiness NCO for over 700+ Soldiers. Supervise activities of field, clinical and mobile treatment facilities. Serves as the senior enlisted medical advisor to the commander on all medical matters; responsible for NCO and junior leader development programs; responsible for standards, command policies, command climate, morale, good order and discipline; responsible for the health, welfare, training and safety of battalion Soldiers. Administers emergency and routine medical treatment to battle and non-battle casualties, assists with outpatient care. Supervise and train. Maintain EMTB & National Certifications, Prepare Soldiers for Annual training and possible mobilizations and/or deployments. Maintain Medical Readiness within the Battalion.
