I am a prior service Marine, my purpose in life is to be a light in the world and help those I come in contact with each day. I love the outdoors, doing outreach, and spending time with those I consider family. Since leaving active duty in 2013 I have had my failures and successes which led me to working with criminal justice involved individuals when they find themselves in crisis.

As a result of performing my duties as a night crew supervisor in the flight equipment shop I earned my CDI/QA qualifications and the opportunity to become an aerial observer/gunner on CH-53D/E helicopters. While performing my duties I received 3 air medals, 1 NAM, Combat Aircrew Wings, and a good conduct medal during my service with HMH-463. I also became a rifle and pistol marksmanship coach outside of the unit.
