I am a driven and dedicated staffing professional with a talent for matching candidates to the right positions and satisfying the needs of a diverse group of hiring managers. It is addictive for me, the rush of finding the “perfect person” for the “perfect opportunity”, helping determine what a team really needs, providing consultative support to new managers, and the overall excitement and diversity we as recruiters get to see each day. I have spent most of my career working in a high paced environment handling a wide array of industries, positions and candidates pools. This experience has given me a broad understanding of hiring manager needs and strong best practices in job postings, sourcing strategies, recruiting, candidate placement, behavioral interviewing, skills evaluation techniques, market conditions, operations and general HR policies and business practices.
