Bio
I began my Edward Jones career as a financial advisor in North Tampa. I assumed responsibility for the well-established South Tampa, Edward Jones branch in August of 2013. Prior to Edward Jones I served five years in the United States Marine Corps. While serving I was awarded several overseas service awards along with the prestigious Purple Heart medal after being severely wounded in Afghanistan in 2010. I bring the ethics and core values instilled in me by the military to my branch on a daily basis.
I attended the University of South Florida's business school, were I studied accounting, economics and leadership. While there I represented the office of Student Veterans affairs multiple times in Washington DC, advocating for increased Veterans benefits and support. I was awarded several outstanding achievment awards for my service to my community and to my University.
I am a Tampa Bay area native and have been actively involved in the community my entire life. I currently assist in the operations of a charity that helps combat wounded Veterans reestablish themselves in society and learn to overcome the struggles associated with their injuries. I have been active in business and civic affairs in Tampa for many years. I also am a member of the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce, the Tampa Centre Club, the local Veterans of Foreign Wars post and the local Military Order of the Purple Heart Chapter.
