I am seeking employment opportunities with a company that will expand my knowledge base as well as benefit from my experiences and skills. Presently, I am serving as a Master Instructor and writer for the United States Army Civilian Police Academy of the Force Protection Training Division (FPTD). I serve as a USAMPS and TRADOC law enforcement (LE) subject matter expert; Law Enforcement Handgun/Shotgun instructor, RADAR and LASER instructor, and proficient in law enforcement tactics, techniques and procedures. I am a problem solver. I recommend solutions to problems which affect training and doctrine, policies and regulations. I focus on keeping up with the trends of this profession by staying abreast of changes in technology, training methodologies, civilian and military LE industry standards, educational techniques, and all training associated with DA/DOD police operations. I conduct job/duty analysis to establish total individual task inventory. I serve as a training developer and developed and assisted in the development and validation of course management documents, Individual Training Plans and training materials; which everything from include lesson plans to computer based and assisted instruction, test items and multimedia products. I developed, adapted and revised lesson plans and training support material that meet the training objectives in accordance with the TRADOC systems approach to training (SAT).
I am organized and efficient. I believe in team work and am the first to jump on board for the cause. I am very comfortable with most computer programs (Word, EXCEL, Power Point and Turning Point Technologies). I am a stickler for details and feel that it is important to always improve your work place and your organization with everything you do. I am very passionate about every and all aspects of the job I am given to do. My biggest goal is to put out the best product possible and I will work tirelessly to ensure that is what my employer, my collegues and subordinates get.
