Responsible for the acquisition of over $70M in support of NRIP site development, training and continuity of operations.

Responsible for oversight of the entire Navy financial functional management elements of the General Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP) budget for automated DoD intelligence systems worldwide, first program functional manager for the Joint Intelligence Worldwide Communications System (JWICS). Designed, developed and deployed a robust, totally integrated $78M Joint Reserve Intelligence Information Systems architecture supporting 28 CONUS-based reserve sites.
