Born and raised in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Finished high school and worked for a year or so and decided to enlist rather than be drafted. My family have always been small farmers and workers in forestry related jobs so i knew there was nothing here for me except a large family of aunts, uncles and so on. I enjoyed the Army so i stayed to retirement.
