Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm vet. Discharged in 3/30/92. Spent next 20 years as a restaurant shift manager/management trainer.

Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm
We fed 1200 servicemen and servicewomen hot breakfast and hot dinner. Lunch was MREs and midnight chow was reserved for flight crews. We worked 72 hour weeks. On Sundays, the Abu Dhabi yacht club would cater dinner. We could go downtown, for shopping or recreation at Gulf Hotel's beach/refrigerated pool bar.
