Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) - Djibouti
This location is inaccurate, though we did multiple Embarked Security Missions on ships going to and from. We were deployed to Rota, Spain and had teams giving security escorts to USNS or contracted ships through the NAG and around the horn. Spain was just a staging point, they flew or shipped us all over.

AL Basrah, Iraqi Oil Plats- ABOT, Mobile Security Squadron 3, DET 31. San Diego (DET321, NCW, MESS 3) We had just finished turn over when the fire broke out on KAAOT. Admiral Vernon Clark and Sec of Navy- Donald Winter visited us, truly a honor.
