COL(R) Miguel Howe, is the April and Jay Graham Fellow at the George W. Bush Institute. Miguel represents President Bush and the Bush Institute's work to improve transition for post-9/11 veterans. He previously served as the Director of the Military Service Initiative at the GWBI.
