Reduced the response time for all adult residential treatment facilities for approval of funding and placement from 2 weeks to within 24 hours for the first time in the history of the South Dakota Division of Drug and Alcohol Abuse. Facilitated and assisted a community to start up a youth activity center in 11 months. Initiated and facilitated a Healthy Community/Healthy Youth coalition in 90 days to support and empower the youth of the community. Created and facilitated a Teens Against Tobacco Use (TATU) in a school district and obtained a grant to promote cessation of tobacco products. Audited over 20 drug and alcohol facilities and assisted them in improving their recertification scores by more than 10% on average. Increased compliance medically by 15% as the acting commander for a Army Reserve unit. Increased on time departures of jets and trucks at the Indianapolis, IN FEDEX Hub by 8%, in a 6 month period, with the support of providing containers for over 250,000 packages a day in a 3 hour period. Trained over 2,000 soldiers for Operation Enduring Freedom and facilitated in getting 9 units validated in less than 12 months. Trained over 1,000 students in a school district with research and science based curriculum to empower them in their social skills.
