I have experienced working a variety of military equipment ranging from regular HMMWV to the M104 Wolverine Heavy Assault Bridge Layer. I have assist with cross training Soldiers outside of my MOS and provide the knowledge and guidance to mold and shape the future leaders who replace my position upon changing duty stations. My leadership traits remain at previous units from the Soldiers I trained.
