Best recruiting station I have ever served at. The Soldiers were totally beat down and abused when I took over. We started at the bottom of USAREC by the time I left we were 13 in USAREC. All the credit goes to the great team who made it happen. I just gave guidance and made it fun. Those NCOs we're the backbone of the NCO core and I couldn't have served with a better team.
