Logistics Manager
I directed the movement of the PDTE fleet to 18 sites geographically located within the continental United States in support of ARFORGEN. Assist in developing PDTE policies, procedures, SOPs, operational concepts and automated tools used at the United States Army Forces Command (FORSCOM) and AMC staff level. Used SSN-LIN Automated Management and Integrating System (SLAMIS) to identify parts and equipment by LIN so that it could be tracked. Provide ARFORGEN and FORSCOM with weekly PDTE MRAP by Variant Tracker movement equipment, from; IRAQ, EUROPE, ALASKA and CONUS.

Brigade Battle NCO
Served as the Battle NCO for the 16th Sustainment Brigade deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 08-10. Responsible for the daily operations of the Brigade Tactical Operations Center, which consisted of tracking and maintaining battlefield awareness of Convoys operating in six Brigade Combat Teams (BCT).

Electronic Maintenance Chief/Platoon SGT
Responsible for standing up the first Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) shop in Bamberg, Germany while integrating an electronic maintenance shop (EMS). This provided customers with numerous services that were not previously available in the region. Review Supervised, monitored and directed the electronics maintenance and overseen and performed direct and general support level maintenance of all Army standard electronics equipment, systems, and associated devices, to include communications security and controlled cryptographic items devices.

Conducted task analysis necessary to develop, and revise training courses, and prepare appropriate training annexes. Using electronics maintenance expertise in computer hardware and network administration, night vision devices, chemical agent monitors, and mine detection equipment to develop all instructor materials (course outline, background material and training aids) and student materials (course manuals, practical application exercises, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms). Validated and reviewed testing scenarios. Using adult learning methodologies to train personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars, and computer based/computer aided training.
