Oversaw policy, field support (to the customer) and contract administration of four forward stationed Regional Contracting Offices, main and forward command posts responsible for contracting support for seven countries throughout Southwest Asia. • Developed first-ever comprehensive Joint Contracting Support Board (JCSB) designed to strategically source and de-conflict the procurement of common user supplies and services between ten distinct contracting commands (Army, Air Force, Navy, Special Forces, and Federal agencies). • Established enduring contracting policies and procedures leading to the organizations’ dramatic improvement from high to medium overall risk rating during annual Procurement Management Review (PMR); first medium rating since organization’s inception in 2007.
