20 years of good experiences, good leaders, and then others that weren't so great. 4 deployments, many Soldiers I have taught and mentored, and many of them I have learned from as well. Mentors from whom I have learned what being a Soldier, NCO, and Leader is all about. I have learned what not to be like from others. Overall, I have learned from the best and worst about what I do and who I am. Grateful for all of them.
