I was raised as one of ten children on the plains of South Dakota, and joined the U.S. Navy in 1983, where I was an airborne EW operator and In-Flight Technician instructor, serving to retirement in 2005. I am a happy husband, and the father of three awesome grown children. I volunteer with the Red Cross, play stringed instruments and like to sail.

We used a variety of reconnaissance systems to locate, designate and track targets of interest, and occasionally helped locate vessels lost at sea.
