I was an Army brat. Enlisted in 1961, served in 1st Div. and then to OCS (1963). Assigned to 5th Inf. (Mech.) at Ft. Carson, CO. Had two assignments as Aide to General Officers, Rotary Wing Flight School, and off to Vietnam in March, 1966. Then to Ft Rucker, AL as an attack Helicopter Instructor and back to Vietnam in May, 1969. Commanded the USARV OH-6A training team. Resigned in Aug, '70.
