Joined Corps out of High school. Got out in 1967. Joined metal trades union making hangers, nipples, for larges installations. 1969 Joined Peco Energy and started out Substation operator to mechanic. Got Computer degree widener university (A/S in MIS). Helped put in new SCADA system, and established different nodes to system at divisional offices. Completed Degree in Operational Management from Eastern University.
