Dr. Duckworth is employed at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory as a Senior Nonproliferation Specialist and Technical Team Lead. Prior to employment at PNNL, she spent the previous approximately 20 years at the Pantex plant, where she held roles spanning managing the nonproliferation program, managing production operations, and conducting production assembly and disassembly.
