Bio

I am currently the Support Manager for a newer software development company. This role provides me the opportunity to exercise my leadership skills and problem solving abilities I honed while in the Army. The company is small but with enough potential to become something much larger in a very short period of time. I am continuing to work towards creating effective and efficient support systems. As a civilian I have worked primarily as a Security Contractor in Kosovo and along the US / Mexico border. I maintain the necessary skills to step back into this arena if necessary. Currently, my role is customer service and technical support for a restaurant point of sale software. This position allows me to create new tracking systems, improve response times, and ensure satisfied customer experiences.
