Master Trainer
Assigned to a military police battalion as the learning and development manager. Developed and implemented a new driver training program. Was the Equal Employment Opportunity Manager responsible for ensuring the 2,000 personnel within the battalion acted in compliance with the Army’s Equal Opportunity policies. Transportation manager that supervised 9 personnel in the completion of their daily duties. Maintained 1.5 million dollars worth of equipment with zero deficiencies.
Developed a training support package which included lesson plans, training materials, testing, and routes for training new drivers in Korea for both U.S. and Korean Soldiers.
Managed training programs for over 600 military students on preventive maintenance and basic control of motor vehicles with a 100% pass rate.

Supervised a movement team for a railhead operation resulting in well over 100 pieces of equipment being loaded for movement to the Balkans without accident.
