Started as 11B, then went to Air Assault school, then Airborne. Earned my EIB in Sinai. Served with 1-87, 10th Mountain Division; 1-14, 25th Infantry Division (Light) and 1-502, 101st Airborne Division. During my time in the Infantry, I was deployed 7 and also took part in 3 multinational training missions. Then I served as a 79R. I recruited in WA, ID, OH and SC. I retired out of Fort Jackson.

Spent the majority of my career as 11B with Airborne and Air Assault. Due to an injury that I attempted to hide, I was transferred to Recruiting where I was responsible for the enlistment and commisssisioning of over 200 of America's finest young men and women.
