Company First Sergeant
I was 1st assigned to the Aviation Intermediate Maint Co as a maintenance Platoon Sgt then transferred to D Troop, 3/17th Cav same duty position and finally to D Co again same position. My actual 1st Sgt was promoted to CSM so being the ranking SFC I was voluntold that I was now the acting 1st Sgt, a position I held for 6 months prior to retiring from the Army.
